URL redirect is giving a 404 error

SOLVE

I added a URL redirect to my site under Settings -> Content -> Domains & URLs. I am trying to redirect from "/privacy-policy" to "https://www.workwave.com/privacy-policy". When I go to https://www.taskeasy.com/privacy-policy it gives a 404 error and does not redirect. Does anybody know why or how to fix this?

A 404 means the page does not exist. From taking a quick look at the taskeasy www subdomain does not appear to be hosted at Hubspot so setting up a redirect on their Hubspot wouldn't work. You would need to do this on the web server.

It is hosted at Hubspot but the engineering team had to set up a reverse proxy. That is why it looks like it isn't hosted on Hubspot. I appreciate your help. I think the redirect had to be added to the server that has the reverse proxy.
