We just made the switch to Hubspot CMS, and for the most part, I'm happy. But, I've found the platform to be a little buggy—updates don't happen right away when published, the space bar stops working in the WYSIWYG for blogs and content areas, and also, PDF links or file links no longer seem to be supported?
This latest issue has me confused. You used to be able to go to the Hubspot file > details > copy link URL, and then paste that link into the button or hyperlinked text. Now, there are options with the links (page, file, url etc.) and it forces you to pick the type.
However, sometimes, I don't have the option to select link type and that's when the file url breaks. This used to work, now it doesn't?
Hey @LNg47 you should just be able to paste the PDF link into the URL field, where exactly are you trying to add this, you said you can choose a "url" in the link type, if you choose this does it stop you from entering your PDF url?
I just checked and within a rich text editor you can chosoe the link icon and choose to link to either a file directly or the file url, are you not seeing this?
