URL Redirect File - Import Failure

I have a csv file that I'm trying to upload to the URL redirect list. Nothing looks incorrect in the file. There are no duplicates or existing pages. However, I try uploading it and get a Import Error notification, but no error log or anything telling me how to fix the file to upload it.

Any advice/help would be appreciated. This stumped the support and they had to escalate it. Haven't heard back yet.

have you tried reducing the uploaded list size and gradually increasing the list of uploads? Sorta sounds like you might have a foriegn character in one of your cells the import mapper might be having a hard time with. Maybe start with one, then if that succeeds keep chunking until you go through the list. Cant be sure this is the culprit, but I have had similar issues happen with imports on unrelated platforms

If clearing cache/cookies or trying another browser don't resolve the issue, these types of errors are best addressed by talking to HubSpot support directly in-app - via chat or email.

Both myself and the hubspot support agent tried to upload, so something else must be wrong. I saw an old forum post with comments that implied the same thing was happening to them, but there was no solution. Trying to see if someone else had to work through this and have it work without manually uploading 200+ url redirects.

@rebecca_fcpa if the support rep can't get it to work, then it's a bug or undocumented behaviour - in both cases, they need to investigate / escalate with the product team. You could wait for someone to find this thread, yes, but I would push support here.
