I have recently started using hubspot and on a free account therefore not eligible for a proper support. But I get this error message quite often and dont seem to understand why. 

 

The workaround I managed to find is to Unpublish and Publish back again. If anyone has a clue why this is happening would really appreciate, thanks!

Exactly same here.

 

In details, randomly I can see this error so I can't predict when this error will appear. And this error happens in 1-2 weeks after I publish my website.



After publish my website, I did literally nothing in HubSpot, so I have no idea what can affect this error.

 

The website is well-published and there are absolutely no error I can see in the HubSpot.

 

for the more details,

  • Domain : sw-choi.com (bought in Wordpress)
  • DNS : I did DNS setting in Wordpress. (Perfectly connected)

 

Is the free CMS not stable yet?

I am having this issue also, when i type in my domain it comes up with this message but it says my site is published, can you help? on moblie and PC

I got the same error again this week. Usually after unpublishing and publishing again it works.

Same here.

 

Literally, the error happens every day.

My daily routine is to unpublish and publish my website with morning coffee.

Re-publishing routine is now becoming tiring.

 

Since the day, I created my homepage with HubSpot CMS in September, I kept republishing my pages every day.

 

Thanks to god, now I can only republish some of my pages, not all the pages.

Compared to before I had to republish all the pages, the circumstances became better.

 

When I introduce my page to others, I have to check if my pages are alive and if not, I have to make them wait until I republish them.

 

Since it has become normal when I republish them, I'm afraid what and when this error happens.

  • When it happens : Almost every day this error happens and pages experiencing this error happen so randomly.

Thank you for reaching out and I'm sorry for the frustration caused here, this type of error could happen for multiple reasons which is why we advise to post a new message on community for that. 

 

Would you mind trying to clear your cache following those steps, as well as trying with another browser and with an incognito window? 

 

If this is still happening, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and specific examples about this

Hi, I have the same issue with the free CMS, and this is frustrating. Is there any solution yet? my main domai is https://wir-brauchen-ruhe.de and I have other domains redirecting to it, neither the main domain, nor the redirects work. But they worked just fine yesterday. How reliable is this anyway?

 

I just tried the trick with unpublishing und re-publishing the main site and it magically fixes the issue, even the redirect domains work. If this continues, I'm going to look for another CMS. SEO and marketing functions be damned.

But I'm also disconnecting my domains from Hubspot and looking for a new CMS supplier as we speak. I don't have time to deal with this.
