I'm having issues with my website, hillcrestren.com. I get "This page is unavailable". I have double checked the DNS is setup correctly. I have also gone through other posts and can't figure out what I'm missing. Please help.
It had to do with the language settings. Even though I never set it up it seems like they have it on as the default setting. I had to purchase one of their packages and was walked through with one of their techs. The setting that needed to change is somewhat burried. You just have to keep on digging around to find it.
In the Setting/Language I chose English-US as the page languange. https://hillcrestren.com/en-us works perfectly. However, when I remove the language setting, it's back to error 404. Any ideas what is happening?
If I understood you correctly, I just added a word after .com/ then updated the page. Then, I used the new URL and it did not work. I went back and removed the text and still no luck.
Is this a HubSpot Content Hub CMS page/site? Have you confirmed the page is published? If it's not a DNS connection issue with the domain, it could be a technical issue with the page itself.
