SOLVE

Hi guys,

New here. I am trying to get my site to work but it keeps coming up "This page is unavailable".

The domain is: faenix.com.au

The domain is from wix. I have checked my language settings and it is set to off.

I have tried checking the page language and set it to no language. I have also unpublished and republished my site.

I have attempted to remove my cache.

Unfortunately no success yet.

Hey @Faenix

I can see that your domain is connected and your site is live :

Hi Gaurav,

Thank you for taking the time to help me.

I am a sole trader and dont have an IT team. Also some of the DNS instructions are confusing to me.

I followed the original instructions when transferring the domain to Hub Spot.  I am not sure why none of my devices cannot see it, and you can?

Sorry if my response isnt constructive.

Would you be able to explain it to me like I am an **bleep** please. 🙂

Hi @Faenix,

The page loads correctly on my end. It was probably a cache issue.

Best regards,
