I am creating an email where I have added a like if someone clicks it the subscription will be confirmed. I have used Hunspot's built-in subscription type: subscription confirmation for the link.
the link is working when I am testing it in preview. But when I send the email then the link doesn't work. I have added images as well.
what is the problem? and what could be the solve here?
@SMomo in that case you're editing the double opt-in email – which is not sent via workflow but automatically by HubSpot. The moment you submit a form, you should get an email with a working link.

It's not specific to a subscription type, just to avoid any confusions.
Now to your question: this link will only work reliably if emails are delivered through a contact-based workflow. In previews, test emails, or regular email sends, as far as I know, it's expected behavior that this does not perform correctly. Can you confirm that you're testing this in an actually sent email, delivered through a workflow?
