Social icons displaying as boxes on live website
So, I'm a bit of a HubSpot newbie, and I am struggling to figure out what the issue is here. On our live website, the social icons located in the global footer appear as boxes rather than actual icons. The links still work, but the visuals do not. This is how it shows up:
However, when editing any of our website pages and/or using the global content editor, it displays as it should in the preview.
Does anyone know the reason for this? The theme we use is called CLEAN PRO. The icons were not added by myself using a PNG, but rather they are built into the editor as an option to include, and all I have to do is input the URL.
That's super strange that they appear in the CMS editor but not when you preview the page. My guess is that some file in your account is blocking or conflicting with FontAwesome (where the icons come from).
Drop me an email with a link to your website and I'm happy to help when I'm back in the office next week.
@CMarick It looks like everything is properly configured, without live links to the page it's hard to say why the icons aren't displaying so I'd recommend reaching out to @HelpfulHero for support since you're using Clean Pro theme.
