Shadow button

Hi, 

I've created a website www.socialbyshay.com

In the top right there is a button. There is also another button below the elephant. The button below the elephant has a shadow / another button on top of the existing button which makes it look like a 3D effect. How do I remove this effect / shadow from the button below the elephant so it looks like the button in the top right?
