I would like to integrate a contact form on a website and qualify the requests. Therefore I would like to start a query for the reason of contact (checkbox with 3 different choices, target groups). Depending on the answer, the request should then be sent to a different email address (service@; sales@ etc.). Is this possible in Hubspot and if so, can someone give me a hint how?

Hi @LariMa,
Yes, this can be achieved with a contact-based workflow (requiring a Professional subscription).
You would enroll contacts in this workflow based on the submission on the form and then use an if/then branch to check which of the three options was selected. In each branch, you can then create an internal email notification or an internal marketing email to be sent to the corresponding email address. Let me know if you get stuck, happy to draft the workflow.
Without a Professional subscription, this is not possible. The forms editor does not have these options.
Hope this helps!
