Search results description not showing meta description first

I have recently added a search function to our CMS, but the results page is not showing the description correctly. I looks like it is pulling the description from the bottom to top of page and mixing the met description in the middle. I want it to show only the meta description for each page shown in the results.

Thanks for your answer, but I have already done all of this. The problem is occurring with the code from the original file I duplicated from the Search Results module that already exists with HubSpot itself. The only things I tweaked were the CSS code (fonts / colours) to align with our brand, I didn't touch the HTML or the JS. The problem is somewhere in there.
