we have been asked to add a CNAME record to the domain blog.bonline.com but after making the change it domains seems to just be resolving, I have already contacted the support team at Rackspace to assist with this but I was wondering if there could be any other reason this doesn't seem to be working.
The subdomain blog.bonline.com doesn't allow me to add the CNAME as requested so I've tried to add www.blog.bonline.com and when I use that it still takes me to a page

DNS records can take time to propagate, however if you are still experiencing these issues, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support who can investigate the settings within your account.
