Question about Domain connection for existing website

SOLVE

Hi,

I am new to HubSpot but have an existing WordPress website that I want to continue to use. I have added the HubSpot plugin and the correct tracking codes have been applied.

The problem is that the HubSpot reports are blank, i.e. there is no data pulling through, so I am still relying on Google Analytics to see my website analytics like sessions, page views etc.

Is there a way to get the HS reports to show data from my WordPress website? My aim is to use HubSpot to track and analyse the traffic from my WordPress website.

Thank you!

Question about Domain connection for existing website

SOLVE

Hi @DSoetan5

If the tracking code is implemented correctly (check its visible when you view the source of your website), I would have expected traffic reports to populate automatically. However, I suggest you complete the steps outlined in Set up site tracking in HubSpot to see if it resovles the issues.

Telling HubSpot what your main company domain is could help.

You'll then need to view the traffic reports to see the date. See how here: Analyze your site traffic with web traffic analytics

Hope this helps.
