I have successfully completed connection to an existing domain and completed the DNS setup but my published site doesn't open in any browser.

Please help. I disabled my current website to switch over to this new one but now I've been days without a site at all.

Hi @KParker27,

If you’ve finished the domain connection and DNS setup in HubSpot but the site still isn’t showing up, a few things might be holding it up:

  • SSL setup can take a bit after everything’s connected — usually just a few hours, but sometimes up to 24. You can check this in your Settings > Domains & URLs.

  • Make sure your domain is actually set as the primary for your content — if it's not, your pages won’t display properly.

  • DNS changes can take a while to fully kick in — you can use whatsmydns.net to check if everything’s pointed to the right HubSpot IPs.

  • HubSpot has a solid guide for this exact situation here:
    Troubleshoot your domain connection

Best,

Jess
