Public File URL Error

I have a few files linked in our products page, but when I published and clicked the links showed error loading pages.

I have gone into my files and made sure they are all public URL's. Any other ideas on how to troubleshoot this problem?

Thank you for the quick reply, I have attached a screenshot of the error (which I should correct to page not found). I did try testing it on a few different browsers; could it be because I haven't switched to my company's domain yet?

Which error exactly are you seeing? Have you tried different browsers to rule out browser issues?
