Problems with loading hubspot wp plugin once downloaded

I've downloaded the hubspot wordpress plugin and when I go to the plugin, it keeps on loading. Its like an infinite loop of loading the hubspot page. I can see the login form a split second and then it starts refreshing and so on. Not sure what I can do, tried different browsers, computers. All the same.

On an other website I have, the plugin works fine. Different site, different hubspot account.

What to do?

Hi Elyse, 

Ive managed to make it work. What I did was the following. 

- opend wordpress in firefox private window

- then the plugin page was totaly blank (so different from the other experience I had)

- then i found in developer concsole the link from hubspot that it supposed to load

- I copied that into a new window. and their I could login

(not sure if I remember correctly, but my profile was allready there)

- Then followed the onboarding and went back to the other page (wordpress)

- And there the plugin showed all the options in the left menu, but still white screen

- Then went back to my normal browser and there everything worekd.

Hope it helps for further issues.

Just adding onto this, I had the same issue.

Could find the link in the dev panel to log in but still did not work.

Turns out that it was tracking blocking in firefox stopping the plugin from loading.

Turned it off and everything worked fine.

I'd like to share this article on how to install the Wordpress plugin in HubSpot. Is this the integration you're referring to? Or are you attempting to install in your Wordpress instance and you're experiencing this loading behavior? If external to HubSpot, are you able to attempt the directions above from your Hubspot portal instead?

If that article does not help lead you in the right direction, can you provide a few screenshots of the behavior? (please make sure to blur out any sensitive information like emails or account numbers)

Hi, I do not have the specific link. I remember being happy that I found the link in dev console and quickly set up the wp plugin;-) Then closed it.

But when you experiencing the blank page in wordpress hubspot plugin, you could try right click and inspect the page, maybe there you can find the link to set up the plugin.
