Primary domain not longer connected to Hubspot, but still using Hubspot CMS
SOLVE
Hi. I currently am migrating site out of Hubspot, but I still want to keep hosted files (ie pdfs) in Hubspot CMS. The hosted files have custom primary domain, which is currently connected to Hubspot. If this custom domain is going to be connected elsewhere to another hosting service, can I still keep connecting primary domain to Hubspot and the hosted file links still work? Or does that mean the primary domain is no longer connected to Hubspot and I need to handle redirection of the custom domain? Goal is to keep the custom domain on these hosted files and avoid updating every single hosted files custom domain.

@tyuwebstacks when you migrate your website out of HubSpot, you'd need to remove the domain/dns configuration from HubSpot so you can add it to your new provider.
As soon as you do that, the primary domain is no longer available in HubSpot - including for hosted files.
The domain would revert back to the hs-sites domain and HubSpot should automatically handle the redirects for the files so that if the file is called from your old URL it should surface the new URL.
The only way to keep the custom domain for the HubSpot hosted files would be if you used a different domain for your website on whatever CMS you're moving to.
