Primary Domain Missing When Publishing Staged Pages to Live

Hello HubSpot Community,

I'm facing an issue when trying to publish pages from our staging environment to our main live domain. Previously, our primary domain (example.com) was listed as an available option to publish the staged pages to. However, now I'm no longer seeing example.com as a publishing destination.

The only option I have is to publish to our staging subdomain (staging-example-com/sandbox.hs-sites.com), but I need to push these page updates live to our main example.com domain.

Some additional details:

• I am an admin user with full permissions
• The example.com domain is properly connected in HubSpot
• This was working previously to publish staged pages to the primary domain

I've double checked settings and permissions but can't seem to find why the example.com domain has disappeared as a publishing destination option.

Has anyone else experienced this issue where your main domain temporarily goes missing from the publishing options after previously being available?

If so, what resolved it for you?

I'd really appreciate any tips or insight into getting our primary example.com domain to show back up so I can publish these staged pages live.

Hi @Parvind 

Are you trying to find your main live domain while editing the page?

If so, that won't be available there. First you would need to publish the page to the corresponding staging domain (i.e. my-live-domain-com.sandbox.hs-sites.com).

Once that is done, you will see that page available in the "Publish" tab in Content Staging.

At this point you will no longer need to select the domain because it will publish directly to the corresponding live domain and will replace any live pages using the same URL.

You can publish pages one by one or select multiple with the checkbox and publish them all at once to the main live domain.

Yes that's exactly the problem, its not showing option to publish to live domain like before and thats the issue. To resolve the issue, I even added another domain but and even end up disconnecting and reconnecting primary domain, but no luck. Now I've another issue as domains are live but Hubspot is not able complete the verify process.

Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing? Specifically where you are expecting to see the live domain and what you are seeing instead?

Sure here, if you notice there there are 13 pages which are published and they are available on staging domain, but can't move to primary domain "www.maplesage.com", though its showing in Content Staging

Are you able to see those pages when you click the "Publish" tab in Content Staging? That is where you would get the option to push the pages from Content Staging to your live domain.
