I'm currently building a 'Hub' for a set of contacts. Essentially, this will be a 'mini website' a page will have menu options to go to other pages. All these need to be password protected but I was wondering once users have put in the password to access the main page, would they need to put the password every time they click on one of the other pages linked on the main page?
I'm planning on using the same password for all pages linked in this 'hub/mini website', so just wondering if anyone here has any experience on how to handle this.
Hey @Bibiana_R for the regular "password protect" on pages, this is a page level feature, this means each page is password protected independently so yes if you link these pages it will require a password on each page.
The feature you're looking for is actually private content within HubSpot, which allows you to create a members area contacts can login to once and view. This requires either operations or content hub professional.
