Not able to connect domain

Dear All,

I am trying to connect my domain with HubSpot and added dns as provided. HubSpot do not connects with my domain.

May check the https://www.whois.com/whois/pef.org.pk for dns loaded.

My domain regitrar only provides a simple single entry form as attached.

Please any have similare experience, guide how I could make this work.

Hi @Jawwadeurodev,

The technical resources provided by your DNS are very limited. Are you able to submit a ticket directly with them to add additional records?

When registering a domain through them, do you have to use their DNS hosting or can you point your domain name to alternative DNS hosting that would provide more functionality?

Where is your DNS hosted?

Is this the only functionality and is managed at your DNS provider or is this form provided by an external source that communicates with your DNS record, such as a 3rd party affiliate/DNS manager?

Are you able to complete the form again to add an additional record or will that only update the existing record?

Yes, This is the only option availavble on the domain registrar website pknic.net.pk
