We have been facing an issue building Article Insights in our Knowledge Base for a few weeks. The error showing is "There was a problem building your report. Please try again in a minute."
We tried to change the report criteria by providing a short time duration but still, we are not able to create Insights for our articles.
Please help/ suggest urgently as we need to generate a report for our client.

My first thought would be that there is too much data within the report criteria but, as you've stated you niched that down, I'm unsure what other actions you could take here.
