I uploaded an image that I resized and deleted the old one, and now they both show up and I can't distinguish between them.

Hi @MAnders, this is a good point and you might want to share this as well in the Ideas section, would be nice to get information about the image.
With that being said, there is a "workaround" if you want to know exactly what image it is.
Right click the image, select Inspect and the developer tools should open, showing you the HTML of the website where you will be able to find the exact URL for that image. There you will be able to find the name of your image so you can tell them apart.
