New module not showing up in editor

I have been trying to add a simple two-column module to use on our Blog Post page. However, it will not show up within the DND editor.

I replicated this in our Sandbox and used a copy of the Delight theme, which works perfectly. 

I added the same code in our custom theme template and it does not show up in the DND editor.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
