Navigation Not Working

SOLVE

Hi HubSpot Friends,

My company recently migrated our website to HubSpot; we're using the CleanPro theme/module. We’ve encountered a recurring issue where the site navigation sporadically stops working—for example, clicking on "About" or "Contact" does nothing and goes nowhere, though the homepage remains accessible. These stalls can last anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, significantly impacting our site’s user experience.

I haven’t had much luck resolving this through the Support team, so I’m hoping someone here might have insights or suggestions for proactive steps to address this problem.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hey @kennedyp! Thanks so much for your response.

The first step we tried to do with troubleshooting was collecting the HAR file. This proved tough because oftentimes the error would happen for only a few minutes and then auto-correct.

We were then offered the options of:

  1. Talking to the creator of the template since they had not received any information regarding the fact that the theme was failing.
  2. Checking the code of the template with a developer or with the creator of the template since we were not able to replicate the issue at the moment to pinpoint where the problem is coming from.

I connected with the custom code developer and have a fix in the works. He inspected the page and it is essentially a style/padding issue in the module. We've now contacted the theme developer at CleanPro to be advised on what an appropriate size for the module is to ensure proper function. Still awaiting those specs.

Thanks again for following up and checking in. I hope this also helps folks.

Hey @JCIngram! Thanks for reaching out here. I appreciate you taking some time to walk through this with Support. Could you share what troubleshooting steps you completed with them, so we can prevent you from duplicating those efforts?

Additionally, have you been able to collect a HAR of the page console when the issue is occurring? If not, could you follow the instructions in this post to view the error in your network and provide a screenshot of the response?

Best,

Kennedy
