My published website does not open

SOLVE
Hi
 
I am not yet ready to use my website, I just want it ready for the day I will be ready to do business using it. There is just one issue, I have published it to check what it will look like and I keep getting an error message instead of the website opening. 
 
When you click on this link, which is the link that i receive after updating the publishing it http://affluent4casts.com/en-za/.
 
This is the error that appears when i click on the link that has been provided right after publishing: 

"Hmmm… can't reach this page

affluent4casts.com’s server IP address could not be found.

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS settings
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED"
 
I would kindly like to ask why the latest link is not working?

Hey @AForecasts when I check the a records or cname records for your domain it is showing a connection error:

https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=http%3a%2f%2faffluent4casts.com%2f&run=toolpage#

 

This would mean the error is not with HubSpot but with your DNS provider. I would recomend checking with support in the place you have registered your domain. There is likely a misconfiguration here. 

Once you have solved that, you can connect your domain to HubSpot as normal through this guide
