Hi @Rapha69 , I'm happy to help shed some light on the issues you've run into.
The first is related to the meta description - if Google doesn't like what you've written, they'll rewrite it for you based on context. If you recently migrated or made a lot of changes to your meta descriptions, it's possible Google hasn't re-indexed your website and it's generating the text dynamically on the SERPs.
The meta description is coded correctly in the theme:
This will either correct itself after reindexing (may take a few months), you can submit to Google Search Console to try to speed it up.
For the second, your menu is displaying because it's the first text at the top of the page and you don't have an H1 on that page.
Your first heading is actually set to H2:
I compared your website with the Aspect theme in the marketplace and the same issue doesn't persist (it has an H1 and the menu is displayed properly in the header.
I'm not sure if you customized the theme, I would suggest reviewing your header settings to create a more compact header like the one available in the theme than having it take up nearly half of the viewport (this could also be why the menu is showing as the most important info on Google).

Thanks a lot for your analysis of my site and your advice. I made a refesh of the setting for my headings on the Theme page. And I start watching videos to learn more about the Google Search Console.
