Multi Language Chatflow - French isn't working

Hello. 

Despite following the steps in the "Create a chatflow for your multi-language pages" in the following link - https://knowledge.hubspot.com/conversations/edit-your-chatflows-language-settings - I am unable to have the French chat pop up on the French pages and I can't figure it out. 

I wonder if it's because my website is .global, not .com?

I've tried a few versions of the URL, but it's just not working.

I am not getting an error message,  it's just not working the way it should. I have attached a few screen shots to demonstate I am doing everything I think I'm suppose to; created two chat flows, English and French, then differencitated via the URL when the French should pop up. English pops up for both. Do you see anything wrong? The website is www.iccs.global

Can you please send over some screenshots of any error you may be seeing? It would also be helpful to see the settings you have made as well? This will help the Community better understand what is happening with your portal.
