Making my Vast theme mobile responsive

Hey-o,

I'm using the Vast theme, and I can see mobile responsiveness built in to the CSS, but it's not working at all (probably due to some customization). I'd like the current menu to  be hidden & replaced with a hamburger on mobile, and the rest of the theme to fit onto mobile screens, but am only basically familiary with CSS. Can anyone see where it might be broken or if I need to do something fairly involved?

I'm looking through that link, but I don't see what I'm looking for. Maybe I'm not adept enough, but I can't see anywhere to make a menu into a hamburger on mobile. It also doesn't address the code already in the template code that I think may be intended for that functionality. I could be completely wrong, but I think it'd be good to utilize the code intended for the template? Sorry to be a newbie.
