Landing Page error: "This site can't be reached"

SOLVE

I have created an LP that loads fine for me on mobile and desktop on multiple browsers. However, the page will not load for our client. Is there anything I need to change so it will load on their end?image.png

Hi @NVG,

Since you said it loads fine for you and I see the LP load as well on my end, it probably has something to do with the client's local (on-premises) network.

Assuming the client has an IT department, they would need to update their internal DNS server configuration to account for the "info" sub-domain. This will likely require adding a CNAME entry or configuring the internal DNS to forward unresolved queries to a public DNS (like Google 8.8.8.8).

Hope this helps!
