Issues with redirecting blog after moving away from Hubspot

Hey there,

A while ago we moved our blog from Hubspot to Shopify and also downgraded our Hubspot account to the free/basic account. We have also got a new website since then, and at the time i thought i had redirected all the old web/blog pages to the new website.

However I just came accross this old link from our old hubspot blog.  

I am wanting to know how I can redirect it so that when someone clicks this link https://blog.ruggedvalley.co.nz/ that it takes them to this link instead https://ruggedvalley.co.nz/blogs/news without having to upgrade my free account to get access to these features within Hubspot.

Hi @HSmith7 ,

If you have downgraded your HubSpot subscription , then I am afraid you no longer have access to redirecting the URLs (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/domains-and-urls/create-and-manage-url-redirects) as they are avaible for only at Professional and Enterprise level.
