Issues with properly sizing featured photos on blog

Hello,

We recently migrated our company blog over to hubspot and a lot of information, photos, etc. didn't migrate correctly so I've been fixing it manually.

I'm having the most trouble with the featured photos as they appear on the main listing page. Right now, the pictures are all different sizes as are the text preview boxes.

Is there a particular px size or ratio the photos should be to look "right" and be uniform on the listing page? Or is there something else that can be done to fix this issue?

It'll scan your page and tell you the correct size that the image is supposed to be to prevent downscaling and what not.
