Issue with Meta Title and Description Display in Google Search Results

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently moved my blog from WordPress to HubSpot, and I’m facing a concern with how articles are appearing in Google search results.

For example, I published this article:
https://blog.qoyod.com/%D9%85%D8%A7-%D9%87%D9%88-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%81%D8%B1%D9%86%D8%B4%D8%A7%D9%8A%D8...

Here is the meta information I set in HubSpot:

  • Title: ما هو الفرنشايز وكيف أحصل على فرنشايز لشركة ناجحة في السعودية؟ - قيود
  • Description: تعرف على مفهوم الفرنشايز وأهميته في تعزيز العلامات التجارية، وكيفية الحصول على فرنشايز في السعودية مع خطوات عملية وأمثلة توضيحية.

However, when the article appears in Google search results, the title and description are not displayed as I set them.

This is quite concerning because I’m migrating a large number of articles, and I want to ensure the traffic remains unaffected.

  • Has anyone else experienced this issue?
  • Could there be something in HubSpot’s settings or Google’s indexing process that I’m missing?
  • What steps can I take to resolve this issue and make sure Google respects the meta information I’ve configured in HubSpot?

I’ve attached a screenshot of the article settings for reference.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @ahmedfathy,

When did you complete the migration to HubSpot?

Google search can take time, sometimes days or even weeks, to re-crawl your URLs and update them in the search results.

Best regards,
Ernesto @ GiantFocal

Issue with Meta Title and Description Display in Google Search Results

hello GiantFocal

Currently, I am manually migrating each article to HubSpot, ensuring that every article meets SEO standards. After publishing, I also request indexing through Google Search Console to help speed up the process.

However, I’m still noticing that Google sometimes displays different titles or descriptions than the ones I’ve set in HubSpot.

Do you think this could be due to how Google interprets the content? Or is there something else I should be doing during the migration process to avoid this issue?

Any further insights would be highly appreciated!

Hi  @ahmedfathy,

I know you had this question a few days ago and I wanted to check if you’ve been able to resolve it. If so, could you share how you did it? And if you haven't been able to fix it yet, just let me know so we can continue investigating.

Thanks!

Diana
