I’m encountering an issue with the theme template for my website: https://acalzonquitadocr.com/. The mobile menu isn't functioning correctly—when clicked, it doesn’t trigger any action. I can only edit the desktop version of the menu, while the mobile menu remains unchangeable and non-interactive.
Even trying to preview and adjust the mobile version in HubSpot doesn’t work.
I’ve tested this on different browsers (Chrome and Safari), across various devices (laptops and phones), and cleared my cache, but the issue still persists.
Any suggestions or insights on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!
Hi @ACalzonQuitadoC, happy to help! Because you're using a theme from the marketplace, the best way to resolve issues is to reach out to the developer via their support and report the bug.
If it's not a bug, they'll tell you how to resolve it since they know the theme best.
If it is a bug, they'll be able to fix it for everyone.
You can find their support info in your portal here:
Then find your theme (if you have more than one) and choose Support, then Contact provider:

There seems to be a JS issue with the mobile menu. It's best to reach out to the theme provider directly.
Best regards,
Abraham Ernesto

I wanted to follow up on the guidance you provided. I've reviewed the theme we are using, "Grocom Lite," which is causing some issues on our website. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find an option to contact the provider directly from our portal as suggested.
Could you please advise on what steps we should take to get in touch with the theme developer? Any assistance or alternative suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Hi @ACalzonQuitadoC I searched the theme marketplace as well as Theme Forest and couldn't find a Grocom Lite theme. On Google, I found Nicolas Mendes and it looks like he was a web designer for Remotish, which is an agency that was acquired by Media Junction.
If they removed the theme from the marketplace, I would take that to mean that they are no longer supporting the theme and I'm not sure what that would mean for current users of the theme as it pertains to support.
You could try reaching out to Media Junction to see if they would be able to help, at the very least they could likely offer paid support to get the issue resolved.
Alternatively, I would consider migrating your website to another theme at some point, whether you purchase one from the marketplace or have someone develop a custom theme for you - there is always a risk with free themes (even paid themes) that you'll lose support, which is why I recommend the more established themes with developers comitted to supporting their customers over newer/free themes.

Thank you so much for your prompt response and for pointing me in the right direction!
I’ll reach out to the theme developer through their support channel as suggested. I appreciate your advice on this, and it’s great to know the best way to handle these issues.
