We are completing a website migration to HubSpot. We have not been provided with the required IP Address to add to our GoDaddy account (as the A Record). HubSpot support is not available for a call...
Is there anyway for us to find the required IP Address as we need to update the A Record urgently.
You will need to add a CNAME record in your GoDaddy account since HubSpot hosted sites require CNAME and not an A record. You can find your CNAME in your HubSpot account if you follow the steps oulined in this knowledge base article: Connect your domain to HubSpot- Hosting setup
(And apology for the busy Suppot phone line! You can leave your call-back request from [Help] button in your account, however, sometimes it can take some time until there's a Support representative who can assist you. )

In that case, what should we put for our A Record for the root domain? If we don't address it, people attempting to go to the non www version will see an error.
Did you ever get this resolved? I am having the same issue. I use cloudflare and need an IP address so when people go to our domain without typing in www the hostname will still resolve.
I cannot figure out how to make this work since Hubspot does not provide IP addresses.
Yes, further down the thread on this page I posted:
This is resolved for me now but I'll write the details below to help others experiencing this issue.
I mentioned to our HubSpot Website Replatforming Specialist (she was assisting in the migration) that I couldn't connect the root domain in HubSpot, and, currently, if people typed in domain.com (wthouth the WWW) it would go to an error page. She was able to give us IP addresses so I could set up the A Records in Go daddy. Then I did a URL redirect in HubSpot (https://domain.comtohttps://www.domain.com) and now everything works perfectly!
So, somewhere, somehow, they are able to give you IP addresses. You just have to talk to the right person. 😊
It is currently not possible to connect ANAME records for domain instead of CNAME. The only way we can use the ANAME record is to redirect from a www. domain to a root domain, for example (www.hubspot.com > hubspot.com). Otherwise to connect the root domain to HubSpot initially, we will need to add the CNAME records to the DNS settings.
Hope this helps!
Best,
Kristen

Thanks Kristen for the reply. (I'm not sure what ANAME records are - that's a new one!) This is resolved for me now but I'll write the details below to help others experiencing this issue.
