Hi @ELundkvist,

You're seeing a 404 even though your domains appear connected, I can see from the screenshot that:
  • Your primary domain clickandcount.se is connected for website pages, blog, and landing pages.
  •  SSL is active.
  • Redirects for www.clickandcount.se and internal HubSpot domains are set.
Possible reasons for the 404 error on clickandcount.se:

 1. No Published Page Set for Homepage
Even if your domain is connected, if no homepage is published (or no page is set as the default for /), you'll get a 404.Go to Website > Website Pages > Settings and check if a "default page for your domain" is selected.

 2. DNS Propagation Delay
Sometimes after DNS changes, it can take several hours (up to 24-48 hours) for global DNS propagation -- check again after some time.

3. Browser Cache
A cached 404 could appear -- try in incognito mode or clear your cache.

4. CMS Hub vs Starter CMS limitation
If you’re using CMS Hub Starter -- it only allows limited page types. If your template isn't supported, or if the theme isn’t fully installed, this could block the homepage.

5. Incorrect DNS Setup (even though your provider says it’s fine)
Your domain should have:
A record pointing to HubSpot IP: 185.199.108.153 or CNAME if using www.

CNAME for subdomains if required.

Use HubSpot’s DNS setup instructions to double-check.

Hi @ELundkvist,
I understand how frustrating that can be. A consistent 404 error usually points to one of these common issues:

  1. DNS Propagation Delay – After updating DNS settings, it can take up to 24–48 hours to fully propagate.

  2. Incorrect A or CNAME Records – Double-check if your domain is pointing to the correct IP address or host.

  3. Web Hosting Misconfiguration – Ensure your site files are uploaded to the correct public directory (like /public_html or /www).

  4. Missing Index File – Make sure there’s an index.html or index.php file in your root folder.

  5. Platform Settings – If you're using a CMS like WordPress, check the site URL settings in the admin panel.

If you’re using a custom hosting panel or a builder platform, it might help to contact their support directly with these points.
