I can't see files as an option under content

Hello, 

  I am on the free version, and I can't see the files as an option under content. What can I do to get access to it? I am a super admin. I need to see all the image files as I am working on building my website. I would appreciate some help. Thank you.

I don't know why it has been removed from the navigation but you can access it via this link:

https://app-eu1.hubspot.com/files/123456789/

Simply replace the number at the end with your own portal ID.

I wanted to follow up regarding your question. If you’re using a free account, some limitations are expected.

However, you should still be able to access the file tool through the marketing email tool in your account (please see the screenshot below for guidance).

I was able to access images and files using our method. However, there are images in the theme template that I am using, and I can't figure out where those files are. I will contact the developer and see if I can get some answers. Thank you for your help.

@BérangèreL Unfortunately it shows under content only on paid versions. I can't see it on my client's free version. But, I can't get to the files from Email tab. So, I am glad for the workaround. Have a great weekend and happy holidays! Deepa

I’ve checked in my own account, and under “Content,” there should typically be an option for “Files” (see attached screenshot).



However, access can sometimes vary depending on your subscription level or account settings.
 

I’m currently looking into this with our internal team to get more clarity for you. In the meantime, I recommend using the workaround suggested by Karsten.

For some of us 'Files' aren't accessible through the marketing email tool either! I had to search it on the home search bar and then only go there. I don't know the exact plan my organisation has but it isn't free that's for sure.

Are you able to confirm that you're not able to locate 'Files' when navigating to

•  Content > Files 
• Or under Marketing > Emails > Email Tools 

Like @BérangèreL shared above, these two locations would be based on whether this is a free or paid portal. We can find this noted in our documentation on the matter here!

If you're not able to locate your files in both locations, then could you please ensure that you have the correct permissions?

Appologies, I could find it under Content, but only afterzooming out the browser to 75% as rest of the options weren't showing up before even if I was trying to scroll!
