I've emailed out via Gmail (using a Hubspot template) a survey which goes to a Hubspot landing page.
The email goes to my current client base in Hubspot. When the form is filled out sometimes it associates the input with the client and sometimes it says "No contact record" (see image below).
N.B. I've only just updated the form to have an email capture at the top to try and fix the issue in the short term
According to HubSpot, there are two reasons why you may see 'No contact record' in your form submission:
The Email field is not included and/or required on your form.
The contact associated with the submission has been deleted from HubSpot.
It could be a temporary problem, could be some technical glitch in HubSpot. If you're still experiencing this issue, please contact HubSpot support. They will be able to help you.
