Hi @pbabu

looks like it's a custom theme developed by somebody else.

There are several options you should check.

Bildschirmfoto 2023-06-09 um 18.37.05.png

First:

Check if the module is available for templates and pages(red highlight). If it's like in the screenshot, enable it by clicking on the toggle and saving it.

Second:

Check if the module is available for the page-type you're working on(blue highlight). Modules can be template specific(Page, Blog, E-Mail). If your page type is not included - select/add it and save the module.

Third(quite new option):

Check the template you're using for this specific page if it's excluding specific modules

For example:

If the first few lines of your template looks something like that

<!--
templateType: page
isAvailableForNewContent: true
label: Ticket listing
screenshotPath: ../images/template-previews/ticket-listing.png
hiddenModules:
- './modules/NAME-OF-THE-MODULE'
-->

change it to:

<!--
templateType: page
isAvailableForNewContent: true
label: Ticket listing
screenshotPath: ../images/template-previews/ticket-listing.png
-->

so basically delete the "hiddenModules" lines

best,

Anton

Hi @pbabu,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I wanted to ask some clarifying questions regarding your module:

1) Is this a premade module or a custom module created by a developer?

2) Where are trying to edit the module? In a Design Tool or on a page such as a landing page?

3) Are you seeing any error messages?

If you could share additional information and screenshots of what you're seeing on your end that would be very helpful for the Community to better assist.  Thank you!

Best,

Kristen

Hi @pbabu,

Thank you for the information and the screenshots.

If I'm understanding properly you are having an issue adding this module to your landing page correct? It's not appearing in the drag-and-drop section, right?

I wanted to tag our subject matter experts to see if they have any insight.

Hi @Jnix284@Anton - Have you seen this behavior before? Do you have any advice for @pbabu

Thank you!

Best,

Kristen
