I've searched the knowledge base and checked steps but it's still not working.

This address loads the page: https://www.brisbanelegal.online/en-gb/

But https://www.brisbanelegal.online doesn't load the page.

does anyone know what I need to do to fix this?

Can you confirm what the settings are currently for your domain's language settings. Is 'use prefix in slug' turned on?
