HubSpot Website Grader - Error (won't grade site)

I keep on gettting this error when I want to grade a website:
"Well, that didn't go according to plan...

#sorry. Our graders are all busy. Try again in a few minutes."

I've tried several browsers and cleared history -- but no luck. Any ideas?

Hey, @Onward 👋 Thanks for reaching out.

 

Looking at other posts on this issue + a bit of googling, this error is usually caused by something blocking Lighthouse (and our grader) from running its scan. We can see the same issue by visiting Page Speed Insights. This returns a message of “Errored Document Request” i.e. Lighthouse is being blocked by something on your site's end. 

 

If you navigate to your page using Chrome, right-click > Inspect, and select the Lighthouse to run the report, we can get a clue to the root issue. In this case, it's bunkerized-nginx that's the culprit.

You'll need to work with your team to either remove the above tool, so you can run the scan, or discuss how this tool will impact using website grader tools moving forward.
