How to delete a formular in a LP ?

Do you mean deleting a form from a landing page?
Depending on what theme and template you are using, this can be as simple as hiding or deleting the form module, some templates however don't give that option. It really depends on the theme you are using and its functionalities.
Silly question, a landing page without a form is just a website page - which is why most themes differentiate between website pages (no forms) and landing pages (with forms).
