How to Build a Better AI Content Generation Workflow

SOLVE

I don’t want to get too technical, but the basic principle of AI agents is as follows:

  • You don't let the AI write an entire blog post in one go.
  • You break the task down into multiple steps.
  • You assign each AI agent its own step to handle.

It sounds good in theory, but what does it actually look like in practice? Let me explain:

Each agent handles an independent task, and each agent operates based on specific prompts.

For example, here’s the prompt I use to generate meta descriptions:

Prompt: You are an experienced SEO copywriter. Create an engaging SEO meta description based on [target keyword], with a character limit of 150-160. Highlight unique value propositions and include a clear call to action to increase click-through rates.

Using this workflow, I get well-structured, easy-to-read blog posts that look exactly the way I want them to.

This product using the same way : www.uniped.ai, Their product page: https://uniped.ai/blogcard/

By the way: I’ve automated the entire process, and now it takes me about 15 minutes to publish a new article.

At this point, I’ve resolved the issue of AI writing lacking fresh perspectives and have managed to have AI write blog posts for me. The only remaining challenge is ensuring that my site doesn't get penalized.

How to Build a Better AI Content Generation Workflow

SOLVE

Hi @Daozhu

To build a better AI content generation workflow without getting too technical, the basic principle involves breaking down the task into manageable steps and assigning each AI agent a specific step.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Break the Task Down: Don’t have AI write the entire blog post in one go. Instead, divide the task into smaller steps like keyword research, meta description creation, introduction writing, etc.

  2. Assign Each Step to an AI Agent: Each agent gets its own task. For example, one agent could handle SEO meta descriptions. Here’s a sample prompt:

    • Prompt: "You are an experienced SEO copywriter. Create an engaging SEO meta description based on [target keyword], with a character limit of 150-160. Highlight unique value propositions and include a clear call to action to increase click-through rates."
  3. Ensure No Steps Are Skipped: For a smooth workflow, every step should be completed in sequence. For example, after the meta description task is done, ensure the next agent picks up from there.

By following this structured workflow, you can achieve well-structured and engaging blog posts. Automation helps reduce the time it takes to publish new content but remember to oversee the process to ensure quality and avoid issues like duplicate content.
