Technically you could redirect the 404 page to another 404 page but for a user that may feel like you're taking them somewhere they weren't expecting, it may even come across as manipulative. So I wouldn't recommend it.
Instead, I would design a 404 page with useful links, content, maybe even a chat.

Thank you, but this is quite challenging! The default system page looks nothing like my design—the footer is incorrect, there are no functioning links, and so on. I'm using the Starter plan and am fairly new to this. How am I expected to build a system page from scratch? I find this issue rather frustrating, and it’s making me reconsider moving forward with my plan. Upgrading for such a minor issue feels unreasonable. It's really disappointing.
