We are a free tier HS customer using the website CMS. Our homepage was fine last week (last published Nov 14th), this morning we see it is throwing a 404. We have tried all the tricks here (unpublish, make small change, republish) and nothing is working. All other published pages for the site work without issue (NeuronSphere Modeler Features). We have checked the DNS via dnschecker.org, and all DNS tests come back green.
I'm having the same issues described throughout. Free Hubspot user. I logged into CRM on 11/25 for our normal daily routine. No CMS edits whatsoever. Poof halfway through the day the website homepage goes down with a 404 error. All other pages were functional. I tried publishing and unpublishing with no success. 24hrs later I reloaded the DNS and all pages work except our blog listing page, which is a new issue. Now there's a new error saying "Page Unavailable" on our blog listing page. I've tried everything described here to fix it - no success. Can anyone at HubSpot give an update???

If the blog listing page is not working, this is therefore not related to the issue that was fixed yesterday.
I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.
Hi, I can confirm there are no redirects in place. Also I've unpublished and republished the page a couple of times which makes no impact.
I've added a brand new page and updatd the content slug, which also doesn't work.
Likewise when I change the content slug of an existing page to act as the homepage, it also results in 404. It's almost like the hosting config isn't set to serve a page at the root level.
There have not been any DNS or any other changes of a technical nature in the last couple of weeks.
Hi, this is very interesting, the same thing has just happpened to my website, the homepage stopped working at 18:31:41 UTC (25th Nov 2024)
The site has been working as expected with no problems for many months, then the homepage just stopped working but all other pages are ok. There have been no changes made directly to the site, so my guess is something has changed at HubSpot.
Did you ensure that your page does not have a slug? Also have you tried removing the language from the page? I see in your linked page the homepage link from the header navigation has a hslang attribute.
Well, I did not see the note about clearing language until this morning, but it looks like the issue has reolved itself as we did nothing since yesterday afternoon and as of this morninng the site is working fine.
