My page is not showing up properly. Page looks perfect in the preview however when I go to https://pradzdrewna.com I get a page with missing components and images.
UPDATE from HubSpot Support (ticket #15668088) 1:30 PM CDT
The engineering team deployed a fix to the system this morning that resolved the issue, this should also help the majority of portals that were experiencing this issue.

Hi @janz the reason that it worked was because republishing the page will force the server cache to reset and triggers everything to reload. I'm glad everything is working as expected now.

I was about to accept the solution but my other launch page crashed, screen attached. Same issue 404 Page not found. I know I can unpublish the page, but can I prevent it from happening? Regards
Thank you for sharing the URL and screenshot @janz - I added this page link to the ticket I have with HubSpot Support. Their developers are looking into why this is happening. In the interim, the only solution to resolve the 404 error is to unpublish and then publish the page again. Please keep me posted if you have other pages that go offline after already being live and I'll let you know when I hear back from them.

Hi there, The same thing is happening again. There is some serious issue with Hubspot caching, can't reach the page https://pradzdrewna.com/gazyfikator-miniopec again this morning. What's worse I don't know since when the page was down. Tried to unpublish and publish the page again, didn't help. Is there any chance someone could look into it please?
@janz this looks to be an issue with a different page, can you confirm any steps taken prior to catching that the page was offline?
For example, did you publish any changes to the page?
I can confirm that I'm not able to access the page and it returns a 404 error, but the rest of the website is working as expected.
@CommunityTeam I previously opened a support ticket and the engineers released a fix, but it looks like the same issue is popping up again (previously published website pages for free users are returning 404 errors without any changes made to the page, publish status, etc.) can you please help with escalating this for @janz ?

@Jnix284Hi there, appreciate that you even looked at the issue. I literally did nothing that could trigger it. No changes, no updates. I was just checking if the site is up and running. Went to the page and saw it was not working. What I did was I unpublished the page and published it again. In the past solved the issue on bigalaskan.com. The worst is that if didn't go to the page to view it, I would never find out. I could change the page name but that's not a solution. If you have any ideas on how to fix it, please let me know
Thanks for the update @janz, I wish I had better news but the only solution I've been able to find is unpublish and republish - as an alternative, could you try making a very small change to the page within one of the modules, then click update to republish the change?
You can revert the change afterward, but I would like to test if an actual content change would be enough to trigger the cache to reset for the page.

First of all, thanks for your help, seems like Hubspot has some serious issues with server caching
I've spent on the page couple of hours already and I completely deleted the page yet I can still kind of access the page!?!! So basically the page /gazyfikator-miniopec was unpublished, then deleted but it's still showing but withouth any formating with 404 error. That was the page with the highest ranking which makes it even worse. Not only I cannot fix the page but I cannot delete it properly.
If you have any ideas how do deal with it, please let me know
Hi @janz and @Jnix284, Thank you for your patience. I have received an update regarding this matter. Specifically for @janz's case, the team deployed a fix yesterday. Please let me know if they are still encountering any issues.
Best,
Diana
