My home page hasn't worked for many days now, while my other pages work fine. I have tried every instruction given to others with the same issue, and none of it is working. What to do?
@LuisGutiérrez the only workaround currently is to disconnect and reconnect your DNS to apply to all pages (especially if it is impacting your blog listing page), if it's only one page then you can start by unpublishing and then republishing. If that doesn't work, then changing the page path has also worked, but is not a good workaround for the home page since there is no page path.

@GTormey I tagged you in another post that is more recent where the issue has been resolved for my site as of 2 hours ago - still TBD if it was a global fix, is your site working now?

Having the exact same issue. Out of nowhere, my homepage only is throwing a 404 error. Disconnecting and reconnecting DNS worked yesterday, but then today I got the 404 again and dis/reconnecting did NOT work. I then rolled back the homepage to an earlier version and then it started working but I can't tell if that was the solution. In the meantime, my other path URLs all work except for my blog which is still throwing a 404 error. Help!!

Thank you for tagging me! I rolled back my homepage to an earlier date and not sure if that was the solve but the homepage started working. I still could not get my blog sub-page working though all other sub-pages and paths worked fine, so I hired an Upwork dev who said it was a script issue - getting more details now. Thank you!
UPDATE from HubSpot Support (ticket #15668088) 1:30 PM CDT
The engineering team deployed a fix to the system this morning that resolved the issue, this should also help the majority of portals that were experiencing this issue.

@VeeraA since your other pages are working, it isn't a DNS issue and comes down to one of the settings in HubSpot. It sounds like your home page has text in the content slug like "home" that would cause it to appear at /home instead of on your root domain. It could also be that there is a language set for the individual page. Can you check the page settings for your home page and share a screenshot?

thank you for the suggestions, but they were not the problem. I didn't have a content slug and I don't think my page has been set to a specific language (I'm not sure if I checked from the right plca though, but I'm adding a screenshot so please let me know if I need to check another place).
Thank you for the screenshot @VeeraA, this does look propertly configured and I've confirmed that I also get a 404 for this URL. Can you share a URL from another page that is live/working?

Thank you @VeeraA this is really strange indeed - it looks like you have everything properly configured. I've tried every variation of URL to see if there was a redirect issue or something else going on. It's strange because it's a 404 error and not a 500/server error.
Can you edit the page and publish again? This might be enough to push the change through to the server and make it visible again.

@SBounceZone I'm glad this workaround fixed the issue for you - I have an open ticket with HubSpot to see what is causing the issue. If your website goes offline again, please send additional details here or by PM (I'll need your website URL for the page that returns 404 after it was already published/live)

Checking the HubSpot community I found a situation similar to mine. Could you provide me with information or support, I'll tell you.
All the pages of the website were working normally, and yesterday 1 page marked error 404, this error had already occurred on 2 occasions, I just had to stop publishing the page and republish it, but now this no longer worked. I have already checked the language and DNS settings but everything is as it was originally configured and it did work, what I tried and worked is changing the slug (I added a slash / at the end). This is not ideal since during the time I have been with the website I have taken actions so that people remember my link.
The support team provided any solution or more information regarding this Ticktet (#15668088)

Today I was going to disconnect and reconnect the DNS since I had already tried everything from Monday to Wednesday. On Wednesday night I stopped publishing the page and today Thursday morning I republished it and it was already online again, so the only thing that worked was to stop publishing and publish the page on many occasions during 3 days.
I really appreciate the prompt responses, with several options that you gave me, today I was going to try the last one of the DNS, I hope I don't have to use it in the future
