Hero image blurry no matter what image/size I use

When uploading images to HubSpot for a blog hero image, no matter which picture or what size, it appears blurry and fuzzy.  When opening the image on my laptop its completely clear, when opening in Canva it's completely clear, when I insert the image within the blog its completely clear, but as soon as it's added to the hero, its quality declices massively. What am I doing wrong here?

@Hollybishop the way the image is handled in the hero depends on what theme you're using - if the developer coded it in a way to reduce the image size, it could adversly effect the quality.
