Under Private Content + Pages, there are registration pages that the client sees when they register, sign in, sign out, reset their password, etc. When creating a clone of the original template, it seems that when I preview the cloned template, I can only see the HTML, and the CSS is always missing. Has anyone had this issue before?
Hi @KCastro2 and welcome to the Community. I'd +1 on the suggestion from @BérangèreL to contact support.
In my research, I found that this is somewhat of a common issue when cloning templates in HubSpot. The problem of missing CSS or styles not applying correctly when cloning templates or themes is encountered by other HubSpot users.
Several factors may contribute to this issue in the HubSpot environment (I found other community threads discussing something similar here and here:
Dependency conflicts: When cloning themes, some CSS dependencies tied to the original theme may not transfer over correctly.
Caching problems: HubSpot's caching system can sometimes interfere with the display of cloned templates, causing styles to appear missing or outdated.
Template structure: The complex structure of HubSpot themes, which often include multiple stylesheets and dependencies, can lead to issues when cloning.
CLI-related issues: Users working with HubSpot's Command Line Interface (CLI) for local development have reported problems with CSS not updating properly when pushing changes.
From what I can tell, in order to resolve these issues, other users often need to take additional steps like manually copying missing CSS, checking global styles, clearing cache, and ensuring all dependencies are correctly linked in the cloned theme. So it's not just you. Hopefully this helps - but again I'd probably work with support.

Help With Registration Templates
SOLVE
Hi @KCastro2 and welcome, we are delighted to have you here!
Thank you for asking the HubSpot Community!
I understand that when you clone a registration template, you only see the HTML code of the page, the CSS styles are missing. Please let me know if that's not the case.
Also, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.
Have a fantastic day and thanks so much!
Best, Bérangère
