I am looking at the page and the error is a 404, as the message says our host to working on a resolution but a couple of things you might want to try are:
1. Clearing your cache, trying an incognito/private window 2. Creating a clone of the page and then attempting to preview it again. 3. Trying an alternative browser and seeing if the issue persists. 4. If you are working on a draft page try publishing it and reattempting the preview.
5. Wait for a resolution from the host.
You also have the option of previewing in the app if the share link and new window options are out of action.
I'll start with the easier explanation, "wait for a resolution from the host" means waiting for the people who look after our hosting to fix the issue on this page.
On your second question
To get in the in app previewer you visit the page, in this case "teaches promo", click the orange edit button to get to the editor. In the editor you will see a button in the right near the top of the screen that says preview. When you click that button a modal window pops up that allows you to view in Mobile, Desktop and Tablet Views.
If the in app preview window is also broken you can contact our support team who will be able to take this problem up a level to the product team. Hopefully it wont come to that. Let us know when you can see the preview.
The best way to move this forward is to contact support who createa case that you can follow and they will be better placed to escalate to the correct internal team if it has not already been picked up over the weekend.
