Happening for me too - only signed up less than a week ago. Haven't sent any emails at all. Won't let us upload our logo or create a form for our website. No support apart from this forum - radio silence. Not a good start.
We looked at a few CRM solutions and went for Hubspot - I'm beginning to regret this already.
